Spinach Dip

A sour cream and mayo dip mixed with spinach, chopped water chestnuts, and Lipton Vegetable Soup mix.

1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Soup Mix
1 8-oz container sour cream
1 cup Hellmann’s mayo
1 10-oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeeze dried
1 8-oz can water chestnuts, drained and chopped


  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients; chill 2 hours.
  2. Serve with your favorite dippers. Makes 3 cups.
