A hot, creamy coffee drink made with pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger and topped with whipped cream.

2 to 3 Tbsp sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp pumkin puree
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 heaping tsp cinnamon
1/4 heaping tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 1/4 cups whole milk
1/4 cup espresso (or 1/3 cup strong coffee)
Whipped cream and nutmeg for topping
- Combine sugar, pumpkin, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a small saucepan.
- Whisk in milk and espresso and bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
- Pour into two mugs and top with whipped cream and more nutmeg.
