A delicious cheese spread made with cottage cheese, sour cream, bleu cheese, lemon gelatin, and a hint of Worcestershire sauce.

1 3-oz pkg lemon-flavored gelatin
3/4 cup boiling water
1 16-oz container cottage cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 lb bleu cheese, softened
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer until smooth. (Or blend in a food processor until smooth.)
- Gradually blend into gelatin. Pour into mold. Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
- Unmold. Serve as an appetizer with crackers. Makes 4 1/4 cups.
