Your choice of fresh fruit blended with ice, orange juice, and sugar.

2/3 glass of Ice cubes
2/3 glass orange juice or other type of orange-based fruit juice
Fresh fruit combination, blueberries and bananas are good
Sugar (to taste)
- Use the glass you are going to drink from to be your guide. Fill the glass 2/3 of the way full of ice cubes. Pour in the orange juice up to the level of the ice.
- Put sugar in to taste. For an average-sized glass put about 1 Tbsp in.
- Then fill the rest of the glass up with a fruit combination of your choice.
- Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour back into the glass and add a straw.
