Egg Dip

Hard boiled eggs, onions, and cream cheese make a delicious dip for potato chips and pretzels. This was one of Chris Strommen’s appetizers that people would always ask her to bring to parties. The Strommen family would also traditionally have this on Christmas Eve.

6 eggs, hardboiled and chopped very fine
6 oz cream cheese
small onion, chopped very fine
2 serving spoons mayo
1-2 Tbsp mustard
1 Tbsp Worcestershire


  1. Chop eggs and onion. Mix in cream cheese. Then add mayo. Mix in mustard and Worcestirshire. Stir in chives for coloring.
  2. Tastes best after a couple hours when the onion flavors soak in.
