Cucumber Sandwich

Cocktail rye bread topped with a spread made out of cream cheese and Italian dressing mix, with a cucumber and dried dill on each slice.

Ingredients:

1 8oz cream cheese, softened
1 pkg dry zesty Italian dressing
Cucumbers, 24 slices
Rye cocktail bread, 24 slices
Dry dill

Directions:

  1. To jazz up the cucumber, before slicing take a fork and make grooves all around the cucumber. Then slice!
  2. Mix cream cheese and dressing together.
  3. Spread onto cocktail rye.
  4. Top with cucumber slice and sprinkle with dill. Makes 24.
