Cream Cheese Ball

Cream cheese mixed with mayo, onion, tomato, celery, and chipped beef and then shaped into a ball. This is served with crackers.

Ingredients:

1 8-oz cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup mayo
1 medium onion, minced
1 large tomato, chopped
1 stalk celery, minced
5-6 slices chipped beef, torn in bits

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Form into a ball and place on a plate. Cover with plastic wrap and slightly chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 ¼ cups.
