Club Cheese

A traditional supperclub spreadable cheese with a kick that is great served with crackers.

1 12-oz container Cheddar cheese spread at room temperature
3 oz cream cheese at room temperature
2/3 cup large-curd cottage cheese
1 Tbsp finely minced onion
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp caraway seeeds


  1. Place all ingredients in a good-sized bowl and blend with an electric mixer at low speed until well mixed.
  2. Taste for seasoning – you may want to add another dash of Tabasco or Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Pack into a small serving bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers and small knives for spreading.
