Chili Cheese Dip

Velveeta cheese, chili, and sour cream served hot with pretzels for dipping.

1 8oz block of Velveeta Cheese
15 oz Hormel Chili with Beans
¼ cup Sour Cream


  1. Cut the Velveeta cheese into 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine cheese and chili. Heat over medium heat until all the cheese is melted, stirring constantly so it doesn’t burn.
  3. Stir in sour cream until well blended.
  4. Remove from heat and serve with pretzels.
