1 package Duncan Hines Blueberry Muffin Mix
1 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup chopped nuts
3 Tbsp sugar
½ cup and 1 Tbsp water
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour a 9X5X3 inch pan.
- Empty blueberries into strainer. Wash under cold running water. Set aside to drain.
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except the blueberries; mix until well blended. Gently fold in drained blueberries. Spread batter in prepared pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for about 10 minutes and then remove from pan.
