Artichoke Spread

Chopped artichoke hearts baked in sour cream, mayo, Parmesan cheese and a touch of hot sauce.

2 cans artichoke hearts
2 cups (8-oz can) Parmesan Cheese
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp red hot sauce


  1. Chop artichokes very small and mix with remaining ingredients.
  2. Place in a sprayed 4-cup casserole or soufflé or quiche dish.
  3. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  4. Serve with crackers or dipping chips.

    This recipe is very much like a recipe that my friend emailed me. –
    The only difference it do not have leek in it. Rest is all same. I can easily add in my other dip recipes, Thanks for sharing.. 🙂
