A cucumber salad that you can keep frozen until ready to eat.

2 quarts sliced cucumbers, unpeeled
2 sliced onions
2 Tbsp pickling salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers and onions. Sprinkle on pickling salt and stir into mixture. Soak for 2 hours, then drain well.
- Add sugar and vinegar.
- Dish out into freezer safe container(s) and freeze until ready to use.
