Rotini and Crab Salad

A cold rotini salad with crab meat, tomatoes, green onions, celery and cheddar cheese all tossed in a creamy ranch sauce.

½ lb creamette rotini, uncooked
1 – 1 ¼ cup ranch dressing
1/3 cup mayo
½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 16-oz package imitation crabmeat, torn into bites
2 medium tomatoes (seeded and cut) or 8 cherry tomatoes (halved)
½ cup chopped green onions
½ cup sliced celery
¼ lb cheddar cheese cut into strips


  1. Cook creamette rotini as package directs; drain.
  2. In large bowl, combine ranch dressing, mayo and Italian seasoning; mix well. Stir in cooked rotini and remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover; chill thoroughly. Refrigerate leftovers.
