Watergate Salad

NoFoodImage A fruity salad made with pistachio pudding, pineapple, marshmallows, pecans, and Cool Whip.

Ingredients:

1 20-oz can crushed pineapple in juice
1 3-oz pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip

Directions:

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Stir in Cool Whip
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
