Italian Tomato Soup

Tomato soup with crumbled Italian sausage, Italian seasoning, and served with mozzarella cheese sprinkled on top.

2 large cans of Tomato soup
1 soup can milk
1 soup can water
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage fried and crumbled
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
Mozzarella cheese for top


  1. In a large soup kettle, fry Italian sausage and break up into chunks.
  2. When meat is cooked though, add the 2 cans of soup, milk, water and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat through and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve with mozzarella sprinkled on top.
