Beef Tips in Wine Sauce

Bite-sized pieces of roundsteak baked in a mixture of golden mushroom soup, Lipton onion soup mix, and red wine, and egg noodles.

3 lbs roundsteak (stew meat) cut in 2-inch pieces
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup water
12-oz package of egg noodles


  1. Mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix, wine, and water together. Mix in uncooked noodles and meat. Pour into deep round baking dish or dutch oven.
  2. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours hours, stirring a few times to make sure noodles cook soft.
  3. Add pepper to taste and stir.
