Bite-sized pieces of roundsteak baked in a mixture of golden mushroom soup, Lipton onion soup mix, and red wine, and egg noodles.

3 lbs roundsteak (stew meat) cut in 2-inch pieces
2 cans golden mushroom soup
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 cup red wine
1/2 cup water
12-oz package of egg noodles
- Mix mushroom soup, onion soup mix, wine, and water together. Mix in uncooked noodles and meat. Pour into deep round baking dish or dutch oven.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours hours, stirring a few times to make sure noodles cook soft.
- Add pepper to taste and stir.
