Beef and Cheese Italian Bake

Ground beef, tomato sauce, and elbow macaroni baked in a casserole with American cheese layered over the top.

Ingredients:

2 cups elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1jar Ragu sauce
6 slices American cheese

Directions:

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package. Drain.
  2. Brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain fat. Add 2/3 jar Ragu sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine macaroni and beef in casserole dish. Pour remaining 1/3 jar Ragu sauce over the top. Cut cheese into triangles and arrange on top of casserole.
  4. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
