1 pkg Kluski noodles
1 can bean sprouts, drained
2 lbs pork, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cabbage, shredded
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper
- Cook noodles with salt until soft. Drain and rinse.
- Fry meat with oil until brown. Add onions and fry until yellow. Add celery and fry until soft. Add cabbage and fry until soft. Add bean sprouts and cooked noodles.
- Sprinkle with pepper and soy sauce, and serve.
