This recipe is very easy to make, but still very good! Pork chops are pan-fried and smothered in apple sauce and chopped apples mixed with Lipton onion soup mix.

4 pork chops
1 tart green apple, peeled, cored and chopped
1 ½ cups applesauce
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Brown pork chops in a frying pan – 5 minutes on each side.
- Mix applesauce, apple and soup mix together. Place pork in baking dish and pour sauce over the top.
- Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.
