Pieces of pork and beef combined with water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, onions, celery, and soy sauce and served over a bed of rice with extra soy sauce on the side.

4 lbs beef & pork, cubed
1 can water chestnuts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 large can bean sprouts
3 Tbsp corn starch
6 med. onions, diced
10-12 celery ribs, diced
- Brown meat in a small amount of oil. Do this in small amounts to seal in the juices.
- Take juice from sprouts, 10 shakes of soy sauce and blend with corn starch. Combine with meat. Cook and add water as it thickens, if needed, 20 min.
- Add onion and celery. Cook 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
- Add rest of ingredients and serve over a bed of rice.
