Chicken Casserole

A baked casserole with layers of broccoli, chicken, and a creamy curry sauce, and then topped with cheese, toast cubes, and butter.

Ingredients:

2 pkgs broccoli spears, cooked
8 pieces chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
5 tsp curry powder
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp melted butter for toast

Directions:

  1. Mix cream of chicken soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry until well blended.
  2. Place broccoli layer on bottom of a casserole dish. Lay chicken on top and pour soup sauce over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and then crumbs or toast cubes. Pour butter over top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
