A baked casserole with layers of broccoli, chicken, and a creamy curry sauce, and then topped with cheese, toast cubes, and butter.

2 pkgs broccoli spears, cooked
8 pieces chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
5 tsp curry powder
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup soft bread crumbs
2 Tbsp melted butter for toast
- Mix cream of chicken soup, mayo, lemon juice and curry until well blended.
- Place broccoli layer on bottom of a casserole dish. Lay chicken on top and pour soup sauce over the top. Sprinkle with cheese and then crumbs or toast cubes. Pour butter over top.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
