Cedar Plank Salmon with Dill Sauce

Salmon rubbed with Famous Dave’s Rib Rub Seasoning, grilled on top of a soaked cedar plank, and served with dill sauce.

Ingredients:

Cedar plank that will fit on grill
Salmon fillets that will fit on cedar plank
Famous Dave’s Rib Rub seasoning
Dill Sauce

Directions:

  1. Soak cedar plank by fully immersing it in water for at least 1 hour.
  2. Rub salmon with desired amount of Famous Dave’s Rib Rub and set aside.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-low heat, about 350 degrees. Place soaked plank on preheated grill, directly over heat, and close lid; heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Using tongs, turn plank over, keeping it directly over the heat, and immediately place salmon on heated side of plank. Close lid and grill for 12-15 minutes or until desired doneness.
