Famous Dave’s Rib Rub seasoning
- Soak cedar plank by fully immersing it in water for at least 1 hour.
- Rub salmon with desired amount of Famous Dave’s Rib Rub and set aside.
- Preheat grill to medium-low heat, about 350 degrees. Place soaked plank on preheated grill, directly over heat, and close lid; heat for 3 minutes.
- Using tongs, turn plank over, keeping it directly over the heat, and immediately place salmon on heated side of plank. Close lid and grill for 12-15 minutes or until desired doneness.
