Bryan’s Pot Roast

Beef chuck roast slow cooked for 10 hours with potatoes, carrots, onions and Lipton Onion Soup mix for seasoning.

Ingredients:

Biggest chuck roast that you can fit into your crock pot
Potatoes
Onions
Carrots
1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:

  1. On hot gas or charcoal grill, sear chuck roast over highest heat possible. Flip until both sides are lightly charred.
  2. Cut potatoes and carrots and peel onions. Place in crock pot leaving enough room for chuck roast. Put charred chuck roast on top and empty one package of Lipton Onion Soup on top of roast.
  3. Cover and cook for 10 hours on low heat.
