Breakfast Pizza

Pizza with a sausage gravy sauce topped with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, and seasoned with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.

Ingredients:

1 unbaked pizza crust, large
1-2 cups sausage or country gravy
6 scrambled eggs
½ cup chopped onions
1 cup cooked, crumbled sausage
1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
½ cup green peppers, chopped
1 cup canned mushrooms, drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Garlic powder
Italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Spread gravy evenly over pizza crust. Layer eggs, onions, sausage, bacon, green peppers, mushrooms and cheeses (in that order) on top of pizza.
  2. Season to taste with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is cooked and cheese starts to bubble and turn brown.
