Chicken breast baked with honey-Dijon mustard and crushed pretzels.

2 chicken breast halves
1 sandwich-sized Ziploc bag full of Rold Gold pretzels
Honey Dijon mustard
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lay chicken breasts in a glass dish. Smother the top of the chicken with the honey Dijon mustard.
- Crush pretzels into crumbs. Pour on top of chicken and pat down into the mustard.
- Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes depending on how thick your chicken is. Chicken should be white and no longer pink in the middle.
