Mustard Pretzel Chicken

Chicken breast baked with honey-Dijon mustard and crushed pretzels.

Ingredients:

2 chicken breast halves
1 sandwich-sized Ziploc bag full of Rold Gold pretzels
Honey Dijon mustard

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Lay chicken breasts in a glass dish. Smother the top of the chicken with the honey Dijon mustard.
  3. Crush pretzels into crumbs. Pour on top of chicken and pat down into the mustard.
  4. Bake in oven for 30-45 minutes depending on how thick your chicken is. Chicken should be white and no longer pink in the middle.
