This flexible dish is your choice of vegetables, meat, and cheese baked into a doughy casserole with onions.

1 cup flour
1 tsp salt
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup cooked veggies (your choice)
1 cup cooked and shredded meat (your choice)
1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
- Combine first six ingredients and mix well.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into a 9×13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until set.
- Cool and cut into squares for serving.
