Julie’s Baked Spaghetti

This casserole is made up of ground beef, onions, and elbow macaroni that are mixed up with cheddar cheese and tomato sauce and then topped with Parmesan cheese and baked in the oven.

1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
1 can tomato soup
1 can tomato juice
3/4 cup mild cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked elbow macaroni


  1. Sauté onions and brown meat. Place in casserole dish.
  2. Add tomato soup and juice.
  3. Stir in all other ingredients.
  4. Top with Parmesan cheese.
  5. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
