Impossible Tuna Pie

A mixture of tuna, sharp cheddar, cream cheese, green onions, and pimientos are baked with a biscuit topping, and served with cold tomato slices on top.

1 6.2-oz can tuna, drained
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, cut up
¼ cup sliced green onions
1 jar chopped pimento, drained
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
¾ tsp salt
dash nutmeg


  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a pie plate.
  2. Mix tuna, cheeses, onions and pimento and pour into plate.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients with a whisk. Pour into plate so that the batter is on top of the mixture.
  4. Bake until knife is inserted between center and edge come out clean (35 – 40 minutes). Let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with sliced tomatoes.
