A mixture of crumbled bacon, Swiss cheese, and green onions baked with a biscuit topping.

12 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 cups milk
1 cup Bisquick
¼ tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
- Grease 10” quiche or pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in plate.
- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
