This is an easy stir-fry recipe that consists of Pork, Ramen noodles, mixed vegetables, onions and garlic.

1 pkg pork Ramen Noodles, broken in fourths
1 ½ lb pork butt (or fatty pork roast), cut into bite-sized pieces
1 lb frozen mixed vegetables
2 tsp garlic powder
½ to 1 cup chopped onions
Vegetable oil for frying
Water when adding noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large frying pan, heat a moderate amount of vegetable oil (1/2 cup maybe). Add pork to pan. Sprinkle garlic powder all over pork, turning pork to cover all sides. Add onions, and fry until meat is browned, but not cooked through.
- If necessary, add some more oil to the pan and add vegetables. Cook over medium heat for 4 minutes.
- Add some water to the pan so that the noodles will have something to cook in. Add the Ramen Noodles. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender and noodles are al dente (about 3 more minutes).
- Remove from heat and add the pork Ramen season packet. Mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste before serving.
