Norwegian Waffles

Traditional Norwegian waffles served with butter and syrup.

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1/3 cup sugar
1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
½ cup melted butter
Pinch of baking soda

Directions:

  1. Beat all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Fry on a well-greased waffle iron.
  3. Serve with butter and syrup.
