Norwegian Sour Cream Waffles

A Norwegian waffle made with sour cream, served with butter and syrup on top.

Ingredients:

2 cups sour cream
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Slightly less than 1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Beat all ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Fry on a well-greased waffle iron.
  3. Serve with butter and syrup.
