2 cups sour cream
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Slightly less than 1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
- Beat all ingredients together thoroughly.
- Fry on a well-greased waffle iron.
- Serve with butter and syrup.
