Bryan Strommen came up with this recipe while in college by combining items he had in his pantry. This is a combination of chicken soup, corn, chili, rice and barley. He cooked this for his wife on their first date!

2 (10 ¾-oz) cans Campbell’s Condensed Chicken Noodle Soup
15oz can of whole kernel corn (full sodium)
15oz can of Hormel Chili with Beans
Quaker Quick Barley
2-quart microwaveable casserole dish
- Empty both chicken noodle soup cans into dish and then use one of the cans to measure 2 cans of minute rice and ½ can of barley.
- Add corn without draining liquid. Add Chili with Beans.
- Cover and microwave for 15 minutes or until rice and barley are done and not crunchy.
