-By Christine (Salzer) Strommen

1 bag frozen, pre-cooked, medium shrimp
½ cup butter
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp minced garlic
½ cup chopped chives

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large frying pan.
  2. Stir in garlic, chives and shrimp.
  3. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until shrimp are hot.
  4. You can also serve this with cooked linguine. Lay a bed of cooked linguine on a plate. Remove the tails from the shrimp and lay them on top of the linguine. Pour some of the butter sauce on top.
