Shrimp tails sauteed in a butter, olive oil sauce with minced garlic and chives. This can be eaten as an appetizer or served over linguine.

1 bag frozen, pre-cooked, medium shrimp
½ cup butter
½ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp minced garlic
½ cup chopped chives
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large frying pan.
- Stir in garlic, chives and shrimp.
- Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until shrimp are hot.
- You can also serve this with cooked linguine. Lay a bed of cooked linguine on a plate. Remove the tails from the shrimp and lay them on top of the linguine. Pour some of the butter sauce on top.
