Sausage and Egg Casserole

A breakfast casserole made with sausage, eggs, bread crumbs and cheddar cheese.

Ingredients:

1 lb sausage meat
6 – 8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
layer of bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cook sausage in skillet and drain.
  2. Spread in casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs and cheese.
  3. In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and salt and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
