A breakfast casserole made with sausage, eggs, bread crumbs and cheddar cheese.

1 lb sausage meat
6 – 8 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
layer of bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
- Cook sausage in skillet and drain.
- Spread in casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs and cheese.
- In large bowl, beat eggs, milk, and salt and pepper. Pour over sausage mixture.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
