Classic tater tot casserole made with ground beef, mushrooms, and French-style green beans in a creamy mushroom sauce, baked with a layer of tater tots on top.

½ lb ground beef
1 10.75oz can cream of mushroom soup
10.75 fluid ounces skim milk
1 tsp garlic salt
1 14.5 oz can French Style green beans, drained
1 13.25 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
½ of a 32oz package tater tots
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In large skillet over high heat, brown the ground beef and drain fat. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, skim milk, garlic salt, green beans and mushrooms. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized casserole dish and layer with tater tots.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until tots are brown and crispy.
