Tater Tot Casserole

TaterTotCasserole Classic tater tot casserole made with ground beef, mushrooms, and French-style green beans in a creamy mushroom sauce, baked with a layer of tater tots on top.

½ lb ground beef
1 10.75oz can cream of mushroom soup
10.75 fluid ounces skim milk
1 tsp garlic salt
1 14.5 oz can French Style green beans, drained
1 13.25 oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
½ of a 32oz package tater tots


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In large skillet over high heat, brown the ground beef and drain fat. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, skim milk, garlic salt, green beans and mushrooms. Pour the mixture into a medium-sized casserole dish and layer with tater tots.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until tots are brown and crispy.
