Pork chops stuffed with apples, onion, and celery.

6 double-thick, bone-in chops, make a pocket
2 medium cooking apples
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
seasoned salt and pepper to taste
- Core and chop apple with peels, celery and onion until fine.
- Rub pork chops with seasoned salt and pepper. Stuff chops. Stand upright on bone in baking dish. Bake covered at 325 for 1 hr.
- Remove cover and bake 20 min. or till golden brown.
