Stuffed Pork Chops

Pork chops stuffed with apples, onion, and celery.

6 double-thick, bone-in chops, make a pocket
2 medium cooking apples
1 medium onion
2 stalks celery
seasoned salt and pepper to taste


  1. Core and chop apple with peels, celery and onion until fine.
  2. Rub pork chops with seasoned salt and pepper. Stuff chops. Stand upright on bone in baking dish. Bake covered at 325 for 1 hr.
  3. Remove cover and bake 20 min. or till golden brown.
