Bryan’s Famous Coleslaw

11 Sep

A tangy coleslaw that has red, white, and yellow onions.

-By Bryan Strommen

1 head cabbage
¼ of a red onion
¼ of a white onion
¼ of a yellow onion
About 1 cup of miracle whip
3 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp of Olive oil
Lawry’s seasoned salt to taste
Pepper to taste

  1. Chop the cabbage by hand, if grated it is too watery. Chop about ¼ of each of the onions and add to the cabbage, mix these together.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Miracle Whip with about 3 Tbsp water and 1 Tbsp olive oil, add the Lawry’s seasoned salt and pepper to taste. When this is mixed well, pour over the cabbage mixture and stir until it is well blended.
