Brussels sprouts steamed in milk, and then broiled with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and chopped almonds.

16 oz Brussels Sprouts
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped almonds
1 Tbsp olive oil
- In a saucepan, heat milk to a simmer. Add sprouts, cover, and cook 7-9 minutes or until heated through. Drain.
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, almonds, and oil.
- Place sprouts in a buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with breadcrumb topping. Place under broiler 1-2 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
