Green Bean Casserole

Traditional green bean casserole with cheddar cheese.

Ingredients:

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 tsp soy sauce
1 can mushrooms drained
Dash ground pepper
4 cups uncooked, canned green beans
1 1/3 cups French fried onions
¾ cup shredded cheddar

Directions:

  1. Mix soup, milk, soy, black pepper, beans, mushrooms, and 1/3 cup fried onions in 1 ½ qt casserole dish. Mix in ½ cup cheese.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until hot.
  3. Stir. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and French onions. Bake for 5 more minutes.
