Round new potatoes sauteed in butter and olive oil with onions, garlic, and dill.

2 cans whole new potatoes, drained
½ cup minced onions
1 ½ Tbsp butter
1 ½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ Tbsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter with olive oil.
- Add potatoes and onions. Season evenly with garlic powder, dill, and salt and pepper.
- Turn potatoes constantly until they are browned evenly.
- Turn down heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 3 – 5 minutes, or until potatoes are heated through.
