Dill Potatoes

Round new potatoes sauteed in butter and olive oil with onions, garlic, and dill.

2 cans whole new potatoes, drained
½ cup minced onions
1 ½ Tbsp butter
1 ½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ Tbsp dried dill
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, melt butter with olive oil.
  2. Add potatoes and onions. Season evenly with garlic powder, dill, and salt and pepper.
  3. Turn potatoes constantly until they are browned evenly.
  4. Turn down heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 3 – 5 minutes, or until potatoes are heated through.
