Round potatoes pan-fried with butter, olive oil, garlic, and onions. This side goes really well with pork chops!

2 cans whole new potatoes
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt butter with oil.
- Add potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- When potatoes start to brown, add onions, reduce heat to low, and cover pan. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until onions are soft.
