Pan-Fried New Potatoes

Round potatoes pan-fried with butter, olive oil, garlic, and onions. This side goes really well with pork chops!

Ingredients:

2 cans whole new potatoes
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large frying pan over medium heat, melt butter with oil.
  2. Add potatoes and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. When potatoes start to brown, add onions, reduce heat to low, and cover pan. Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until onions are soft.
