Sweet Potato Casserole

Mashed sweet potatoes baked into a casserole with a brown sugar and pecan topping.

Ingredients:

Potato Mixture:
3 cups mashed sweet potato
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup butter, room temp
1/3 cup milk

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients for potato mixture and pour into baking dish.
  2. With fork, mix all topping ingredients and spread over mixture.
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
