An easy way to steam your fresh corn on the cob.

6 ears fresh corn on the cob, with husks
2 Tbsp salt
2 inches of water in pot
- Remove the husks from the corn, but keep the stems.
- In a deep pot, add 2 inches of water and mix in 2 Tbsp salt.
- Stand corn in pot vertically on the stems.
- Bring water to a boil, cover, and steam corn for 15 minutes. Serve with butter and additional salt.
