A quick way to make Spanish rice using minute rice, butter, onion, green peppers, tomato sauce and mustard.

1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1/3 cup green peppers
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup tomato sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard
- Melt butter in large skillet. Add rice, onions, and green peppers. Cook and stir until brown.
- Add remaining ingredients. Quickly bring to boil.
- Reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
