This fried rice has green peppers, onions, bacon, and Parmesan cheese mixed in.

6 slices bacon, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups minute rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 1/2 cups water
1 bouillon cube
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Cook bacon in its own skillet until done. Drain, remove from pan to a plate with paper towel to soak up some of the grease.
- Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion, green peppers, and rice. Cook and stir until rice is light brown.
- Add water and bouillon, and stir well. Bring to boil, cover, turn off heat and let stand 5 min.
- Stir in cheese and bacon. Serve.
