Rice Parmesan (Fried Rice)

This fried rice has green peppers, onions, bacon, and Parmesan cheese mixed in.

6 slices bacon, chopped
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups minute rice
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green peppers
1 1/2 cups water
1 bouillon cube
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook bacon in its own skillet until done. Drain, remove from pan to a plate with paper towel to soak up some of the grease.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet. Add onion, green peppers, and rice. Cook and stir until rice is light brown.
  3. Add water and bouillon, and stir well. Bring to boil, cover, turn off heat and let stand 5 min.
  4. Stir in cheese and bacon. Serve.
