Au Jus (Club 32 Recipe)

PrimeRibSmall A classic topping for prime rib, but can also be used for a French Dip sandwich among other things.  This is the recipe Christine used for her prime rib at their restaurant, Club 32!

2 cups water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 dash of garlic


  1. Combine all ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer to keep warm until ready to serve. This will cover about four, 1 1/2-inch thick pieces of Prime Rib (click here for Club 32’s Prime Rib recipe!).
