Your favorite salsa turned into a powder that you can use as a seasoning!

Your favorite prepared salsa
- Place the fruit-roll-up tray (the solid-plastic, circular trays – most food dehydrators come with at least one) into your food dehydrator. Pour as much salsa into the tray that will fit without spilling over the sides.
- Set to dehydrate at about 100 degrees F for about 8 hours or until the salsa is no longer moist. It must be completely dried out.
- Once the salsa is dried, break it apart so it will fit into a food processor (I use the Magic Bullet for this). Grind it into a fine powder.
- Store the salsa in a shaker so it’s easy to dispense onto your favorite foods. It will keep for a long time. It’s really good on cooked veggies, fish, and eggs among other things.
