Julie’s Cream Sauce

A garlic, Parmesan cheese sauce that is great served over linguine with grilled chicken breast.

Ingredients:

1 lb butter
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups heavy cream
garlic salt to taste

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter, but not completely.
  2. Add cream and beat continuously with wire beater.
  3. Add garlic salt and cheese. Mix until melted.
  4. This is really good served over linguine with grilled chicken breast.
