A garlic, Parmesan cheese sauce that is great served over linguine with grilled chicken breast.

1 lb butter
1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ cups heavy cream
garlic salt to taste
- In a large skillet, melt butter, but not completely.
- Add cream and beat continuously with wire beater.
- Add garlic salt and cheese. Mix until melted.
- This is really good served over linguine with grilled chicken breast.
