Ham Glaze

NoFoodImage A classic ham glaze made with ginger ale, orange juice, brown sugar, orange zest, ginger, and cloves.

Ingredients:

1 cup ginger ale
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1 Tbsp grated orange peel (orange zest)
cloves to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer for 40 to 60 minutes.
  3. Brush ham with glaze 2-3 times during last 25 minutes of baking.
